Token respects your concerns about privacy. This Token Privacy Notice applies to personal information we may obtain through the Token Ring Mobile App (the “Service”). It does not apply to information collected by other apps, websites or services provided by Token.

 This Privacy Notice supplements the Token Privacy Policy (available at https://www.tokenring.com/privacy-policy) and provides additional information about how we may collect, use,and share your personal information in connection with the Service. 

Why We Collect Information

 The Service requires a Bluetooth (BLE) connection to your mobile device. Many versions of Android require location permissions to be enabled to use BLE scanning even if the scanning is only to find the device it is connecting to. If app location permissions are not granted, then the Service will not connect and cannot be used.

Information We Obtain

 Through the Service, we may obtain information about you in various ways. The type of personal information collected islimited to:

·       The only user data the Service collects are location.

 How We Use the Information We Obtain

 The Service requires and uses location data exclusively for finding and communicating with the ring over Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE). The location data is not stored or shared and is only used by the Service.
